Gary Hendrickson

Gary Hendrickson started Unitrim Cement and Landscaping in 1987. Prior to that, he was working in Chicago doing underground utilities, concrete, and landscaping with his Grandfather. His Grandfather was a man who taught him how to complete work in a professional, timely manner with no shortcuts. After ten years, he wanted to become a machine operator, but there were not any positions open. This was when he decided to start his own business. Unitrim started mainly in the landscape and lawn maintenance business. As time passed, we purchased a concrete company and the the concrete business grew from there.  In 1995, his son David showed interest in the business and started working in the summer. Since then David has become an active part of the business.  We have a wide variety of jobs that we perform with some amazing staining, stamping, and retaining wall designs. With over 35 years of experience, we have the capability to perform any job for you. We look forward to meeting with you. 
David Hendrickson

David Hendrickson started working for his Dad in the summer of 1995 as a laborer. David was the little guy running around learning bits and pieces of all construction fields. His Dad has taught him many methods and techniques to perform many different jobs. He now manages materials, machinery, vehicles, and job sites. He loves to work for several different people and contractors, not only to complete their jobs but to establish friendships. There is nothing better than knowing your customers are completely satisfied when their projects are completed. David will be taking Unitrim to the next level as time passes, and his Dad sees that he has earned it. David looks forward to meeting with you and hopes you enjoy their company. 
Ruben Baez

Ruben Baez started working for us full time in 2015. He worked part time prior to that has been an asset to the business.  Ruben is an excellent employee and very dependable he is now one of our crew chiefs. 

Shaye Savitzky


Shaye Savitzky has been with Unitrim since 2022. He started with the company right out of high school and has taken fast to the trade. Shaye is very goal oriented and does meticulous work.
